I am Lotti.
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Therapist, Supervisor, and a passionate advocate for everything Allied Health. Oh yeah, and I love a bit of trail running :-)
I help allied health professionals in their professional journey and guide them to step beyond the role of clinician to build careers where they feel confident, capable, and truly fulfilled.
This is how my career progressed over the past twenty years...
On paper, it looked like the perfect trajectory—exactly what many people expect from someone building a career in Allied Health.
But here’s the thing: I wasn’t fulfilled.

I realised that what truly lit me up wasn’t climbing the traditional career ladder. It was guiding clinicians to make meaningful career choices—not just by providing clinical supervision to help them sharpen their skills but by empowering them to build confidence in their abilities and take control of their professional journey.

And here’s something I believe deeply: you don’t have to be a manager to be a leader. Leadership comes from how you show up, the choices you make, and the impact you create in your role—no matter what title you hold.
Learning the Ropes
I started as a Case Manager, learning the field and understanding our clients' needs. I qualified as a Social Worker and started to develop a strong interest in Mental Health and Cognitive Therapies.
Gaining Clinical Skills & Qualifications
I showed up and worked hard, developing my clinical skills and building relationships within my professional circle. I started to develop an interest in Supervision and Leadership to other clinicians. I did all the necessary professional development and training and applied for leadership roles, with success!
Jump to Management & Leadership
I went back to uni for post graduate studies in Healthcare Management, and I did an MBA. I jumped into a director role and was ready to lead in healthcare at the highest level.
The Allied Health Clinical Club
Today, I help allied health professionals step beyond the role of "just a clinician" and create careers that feel strong, capable, and uniquely their own.
Because when you combine clinical skills with intentional career choices, you’re unstoppable.
